When the clinic still runs through you

You didn't build a cash PT clinic so you could manage people and problems all day. VMM installs the patient system. Follow-up, reminders, reactivation, the path from new lead to kept visit. That part is ours.

There is a second problem that system does not fix. The team still waits on you. You repeat yourself. Hard conversations get skipped. You hire, you buy software, you redo onboarding, and six months later the same mess is back in a different outfit.

That is Lauren DiCredico's work.

VMM

The system that brings patients in and keeps them moving without you chasing every message.

Lauren

The Leadership & management systems that get your team owning the work. So the clinic runs without you in every decision.

How she actually works

Cash-based PT owners don't run their clinics like traditional PTs. Lauren doesn't coach like a traditional business coach. She trained as a therapist for high performers, so she starts where you would: find the problem behind the symptom. She has 10 years of experience in leadership and organizational psychology and a graduate degree from the University of Denver. She does not open with a template. She finds the one thing that is actually broken.

  1. 1

Diagnose the root. In service-based businesses, most KPI problems are people and communication problems underneath. Conversions, cancellations, short plans of care, frustrating employees: 94% of the time the problem begins with you (leadership, accountability, expectations, communication). She keeps asking questions until you can name the real cause in one sentence. If you can't, you haven't found it yet.

  2. 2

Build the strategy and systems. Strategy is the direction. Systems are the daily operations that make strategy stick. You have strategy and systems for every area of your business, except your people. It works like a plan of care: the goals set the direction, the strategy tells you how to get there, the system tells you what to do daily to achieve the goal. Without systems, strategy stays a nice idea. Without strategy, systems are micromanagement.

  3. 3

Implement with someone outside the grind. This is where most plans die. You don't need more discipline. You need a feedback loop: someone who checks the work, adjusts when new information shows up, and calls it when execution drifts. You re-eval your patients. Your business needs the same. And you get a trusted person to talk decisions through with, instead of guessing alone.

Go if this is you

You already have a team. You're tired of repeating yourself. You have problems you can't seem to solve, so everything still comes back to you. You want the clinic to run when you're not in the room.

Skip it if

You're still solo and don't have people yet. She is explicit about this. Build the team first. This is not another course for an owner who is still doing every job alone.

What you'll see on her site

You're a great PT because you spent years in school, clinicals, and supervision to get there. Then you were handed a team, and nobody taught you how to lead it. That's what Lauren's coaching is for: owners and leaders who already have a team and need to lead it.

VMM is where you start: getting patients in the door. Keeping them, and building the team that serves them, is the next step to finally stepping away.

She also does custom work with the whole clinic: workshops, speaking, on-site visits, and consulting built around the actual problem, not a packaged curriculum.

Read the client stories before you book. Owners who were the bottleneck. A team whose conversion moved from 65% to over 90% after the leadership work. An owner who couldn't delegate, then took maternity leave fully unplugged while her team hit record months without her. Use them as the fit check.

VMM sent you here on purpose. She doesn't replace your marketing system. She works on the leadership and the business so the system isn't the only thing that runs without you.
